    Mini Mal and BBC Chapinero

    After enduring the 19 hours flight time plus another 5 hours waiting in the Mexico airport, we finally arrived in the capital city of Colombia, Bogota. If we were to fly to the US, we wouldn’t need to wait that long for a connecting flight to Bogota. However, I couldn’t go that route because I would have had to apply for a Transit VISA which cost $160.00, same price as tourist visa!
